Continuance Between Jurisdictions

File Articles of Continuance to move your corporation from its home jurisdiction to a new one (e.g. continue an Ontario corporation as a CBCA corporation, or vice versa). Requires authorization from both the departing and the receiving registry.

Two filings, one process: a continuance requires authorization to depart from the home jurisdiction and a parallel filing in the destination jurisdiction. Korporex coordinates both filings. The destination registry only issues the certificate of continuance after the departing registry confirms the corporation is in good standing.
